Cookie policy

What we store on your device

We keep cookies and browser storage to a minimum. This page explains what we use and how you can manage your preferences at any time.

Analytics (optional, requires consent)

With your consent, we use PostHog (provided by PostHog Inc.) to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog sets cookies and writes to local storage under our domain to recognize return visits and aggregate usage statistics. All PostHog traffic is routed through our own /ichnaea endpoint to the EU region (eu.i.posthog.com). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below; we will not set any PostHog cookies or load its script unless you have accepted.

Advertising measurement (optional, requires consent)

With your consent, we use the Google Ads conversion tag (Google Ireland Limited) to measure whether a visit or an enquiry resulted from one of our Google search ads. Google sets cookies for this purpose (e.g. _gcl_aw) and, when you submit a form, receives a SHA-256-hashed version of the e-mail address you entered (enhanced conversions), never the plain address. If you arrive via a Google ad, we keep the click ID (gclid) in your browser's session storage. None of this happens unless you have accepted; you can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below.

CRM and attribution (optional, requires consent)

With your consent, we load the HubSpot tracking script (HubSpot Germany GmbH, EU endpoint js-eu1.hs-scripts.com). HubSpot sets cookies (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc) to recognize your browser and to link form entries to your visit, so we can see which pages and campaigns led to an enquiry. Without your consent the script is not loaded and no HubSpot cookies are set.

Manage your preferences

Review or change your choice. This clears your stored preference and re-opens the consent banner so you can decide again.
