Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise? +
The Free plan is permanent and lets you evaluate elluminate end-to-end on real workflows. When you're ready for more projects, more evaluations, or enterprise features, we'll set up a hands-on trial of Pro or Enterprise as part of the sales conversation.
What does "value-based" pricing mean? +
Pro and Enterprise pricing is tailored to your team size, evaluation volume, and deployment requirements. We align pricing with the value you get rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all tier. Expect a clear, predictable quote after a 30-minute scoping call.
Can I bring my own LLM keys (BYOK)? +
Yes. Pro and Enterprise support BYOK for response generation, so you can use your existing OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted model contracts. Judge models are included in all plans.
What happens if I exceed my monthly rating limit? +
On Free, ratings stop at the monthly limit and resume the following month. On Pro, the first 300 ratings are included and you pay per 100 after that — no hard cap or service interruption. Enterprise has no limit.
Can we deploy elluminate on-premise or in an air-gapped environment? +
Yes, on Enterprise. We support cloud, on-premise, and fully air-gapped deployments for regulated industries and organizations with strict data residency requirements.
How do I cancel? +
Free has no commitment — you can stop any time. Pro is monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Enterprise contracts have custom terms agreed at signing.
